Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 8 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Products returned after 8 days or not meeting the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, email us at rangreshacollections@gmail.com or call +91 7774979944 with your order details and reason for return.
• Once the return request is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to our designated return address.
• The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Policy

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
• Only the product cost and applicable GST will be refunded.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or personalised products.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered post-delivery.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
• A video recording of the package being opened is required to verify the authenticity of the claim.
• We will assess the case and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• In case of replacement, the item is expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days of dispatch.
