We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are happy to assist with returns and refunds as per the following policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    ● Products can be returned within 8 days of delivery.
    ● Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    ● Any product that is returned after 8 days or does not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Return Process
    ● To initiate a return, please email us at rangreshacollections@gmail.com or contact us on +91 7774979944 with your order details and reason for return.
    ● Once the return request is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to our designated return address.
    ● The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

  3. Refund Policy
    ● Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
    ● Only the product cost and applicable GST will be refunded.
    ● Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    ● Customized or personalized products.
    ● Items that have been used, damaged, or altered post-delivery.

  5. Defective or Damaged Products
    ● If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
    ● A video recording of the package being opened is required to verify the authenticity of the claim.
    ● We will assess the case and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
    ● In case of replacement, Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
