- In-Stock Products: Orders are processed and shipped the same business day, or the next business day if placed on a weekend or holiday.
- Custom / Made-to-Order Products: Manufactured in-house — typically 5–6 business days before shipping. Contact us for specific customisations.
- Bulk Orders: Processing time depends on quantity and will be communicated by our team.
- Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days depending on location.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical issues.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. For international shipping enquiries, please contact our customer support team.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from our delivery partner via email or SMS.
6. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- RangResha is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
